Holiday closures: Sunday, May 19 is the last open Sunday until fall. All libraries will be closed Sunday, May 26 and Monday, May 27 for Memorial Day, and Friday, May 31 for a staff in-service day.

Madison Public Library will host several free music events featuring Latine artists from Colombia, Peru, and Mexico as part of Beyond the Page's festival taking place in Dane County Libraries.
While the Wisconsin Historical Society is out of commission this summer, bring your kids for interactive programs at Central Library to learn more about Wisconsin History and do some fun, hands-on projects.
Sewers from the Sewing Machine Project are offering free mending at two Madison Public Library locations
