You may check your list of holds placed and holds in LINKcat by clicking on "My Account" and entering your barcode number and PIN.
You may also check the status of your holds by clicking on "Hold Requests" from the Overview screen or the purple menu bar. First you will see "Requested items ready for pick up" with the title and expiration date of each hold. (If no expiration date is listed yet, the item was recently checked in.)
Next you will see a list of titles still on hold. You can see the hold's status, your position on the hold list, and the date your hold will expire. You may select one or more titles and then "Cancel Request" or "Change Status." See Hold Status, below.
Active - You are on the hold list.
In Transit - The item is in transit to you.
Suspended - You are on the hold list, but are not available to pick up holds at this time. This keeps your place on the list but does not make the item available to you if you are unable to pick it up due to travel, illness, or having too many items to read or watch already! To change this status, simply select one or more titles on your "Requested Items Not Yet Available" list and then click the "Change Status" button.
