Morningstar Investment Research Center
- Morningstar Investment Research Center is only available for use by City of Madison or City of Sun Prairie library card holders, or persons inside any location of Madison Public Library or Sun Prairie Public Library.
- Check to make sure that your personal firewall or security software is not interfering with access to Morningstar. Morningstar requires pop-ups so pop-up blockers must be disabled. Firewalls should be on low security while using the database.
- If you receive this message: "Access denied. There are not enough licenses available for the number of users trying to access Morningstar Investment Research Center at this time. Please try again later." you will need to wait until a license is free. The library has access to four licenses at any given time.
