Madison Public Library is partnering with Olbrich Botanical Gardens to give away FREE Blooming Butterflies tickets to kids ages 6-12 (kids 5 and under are free). Blooming Butterflies is an annual celebration hosted in the Bolz Conservatory of Olbrich Gardens, and it features 19 different species of free flying butterflies.
From July 17 - August 11, 2024 visitors can learn about the butterfly life cycle, look for each butterfly species, and maybe even see a butterfly emerge from a chrysalis! Plus, every child that attends Blooming Butterflies receives a coupon for a free junior scoop of ice cream from Chocolate Shoppe Ice Cream. Tickets for adults (ages 13 and up) are $8 and can be purchased directly from Olbrich Gardens.
Madison Public Library will be giving away tickets to kids at every library location, including the Dream Bus, and at Parks Alive all summer long!
