We're preparing for another round of native Wisconsin seed distribution in our libraries, thanks to a wonderful partnership with the Dane County Land & Water Resources Department, and we need YOUR help.
A group of awesome Dane County Parks volunteers collected native Wisconsin plant seeds, and over the next two months we'll be packaging them up and getting them ready to hand out for FREE to library visitors. As you may already know, native Wisconsin plant seeds are best sown in the fall and left to overwinter.
If you would like to donate your time and effort to this project, there are currently six volunteer seed packaging events planned at different library locations in December and January.
