Drawn Together: An Inter-generational Art Class

Jan 9, 2025
Inter-generational art class on Tuesdays between February 4 and March 25

An inter-generational art series will take place at Alicia Ashman Library every Tuesday in February and March that brings together elementary school students and senior citizens to create art together in the afternoons. Led by artist Christina T., you'll explore all of the possibilities of making with paper in its different forms. Will you fold it carefully or tear it with abandon? Use glue or find other ways to attach pieces together? Create something 2D or 3D? Each week, you'll try new techniques side-by-side and be inspired by each other! No registration is required, but you can see the full lineup of events below.
