    Medicare
    Medicare is health insurance for people 65 or older and some medical conditions. October 15 to December 7 is when all people with Medicare can change their Medicare health plans and prescription drug coverage for the following year to better meet their needs.       SHIP: Medicare Counseling for Wisconsin Residents
      The Medigap Helpline (800-242-1060)—a toll-free helpline run by the Wisconsin Board on Aging and Long-Term Care that provides counseling services for Medicare members. Counseling topics include:

      Weiss Financial Ratings provides financial education guides as well as ratings for insurance and banking institutions. Users can take advantage of tools to compare and decide between supplemental Medicare insurance plans, banks, credit unions, and insurance companies.
