Monday, Aug 19, 2024, 6:30pm to 7:30pm

If you are looking for a way to connect to nature on a different level, you're in the right place! Alex will discuss the benefits of sound baths and participants will have a 25-minute sound bath from Earthly Temptation’s Sarah Branch. Afterwards we will take a moment to notice the natural soundscapes around us and how to tap into the sound bath of nature.

Patrons are encouraged to bring their own blankets, yoga mats, or chairs to enjoy the sound bath.

Meet to attend this event at: 1250 McKenna Blvd, Madison, WI 53719

Space is limited for this event; registration is required. Registration will open two weeks before the event, on Tuesday, August 6.
