Questions and Answers with the Tenant Resource Center (simultaneously in-person and ONLINE)

Join Hannah Refro, Executive Director of the Tenant Resource Center (TRC), and Ximena Linares-Rodriguez, TRC Mediation Lead, to hear about topics including:

  • Overview of TRC's Services for Tenants, Landlords, and Community Members
  • Basics of the Landlord Tenant Relationship and Rental Agreements
  • Rent Increases
  • Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) 
  • Student Tenants

There will also be time for Q&A. 

For in-person participants, there will be two pedestrian entrances open to Sequoya Library: a flat entrance from the parking lot side and a ramp on the Tokay side. Please note that the Sequoya Commons parking lot is only accessible via Midvale Blvd at this time. Additional street parking is available on Tokay Blvd, Caromar Dr and S. Owen Dr.

About the presenter: Hannah Renfro is the Executive Director at the Tenant Resource Center. She has been with TRC since 2021. Hannah was an attorney for over 15 years before joining TRC. In private practice, she focused on litigation and employment law, and won awards for her pro bono work in the community. Hannah also worked for the State of Wisconsin as Chief Legal Counsel. In that position, she created and oversaw the legal and compliance departments of a state agency.
