Join in a celebration and amplification of Many Voices, One Community Radio WWMV-LP 95.5 FM.
The Community Block Party event will take place on Saturday, May 11, 2019 from 12:00-5:00pm at Goodman South Madison Library.
Many Voices, One Community is a low powered radio station that is volunteer-operated and promotes community members’ ideas and creativity, specifically those that have been underrepresented on the Madison airwaves. Their event was chosen as part of Madison Public Library's 2018-2019 Library Takeover program.
This family-friendly indoor/outdoor event will include local live music, dance, kids’ activities, food and more.

Library Takeover is a program created to encourage the community to TAKE OVER the library! We hope that by providing space, time, and resources for community members to host their own events, we'll not only have fun, exciting, events, but we'll also be setting the stage for future library programming that involves and reflects all of Madison.
