During the winter months, what could be better than getting together for a friendly puzzling competition at Central Library? Assemble a team of 3-5 five people or sign up as an individual to compete in a race to see who can complete a 500-piece puzzle the fastest on Saturday, January 11 from 9:30 a.m. - 1 p.m.! Individuals who sign up will be assigned to teams so that they can compete, and everyone should plan to arrive by 9:30 a.m. so that the competition can begin on time at 10 a.m. The top three teams will win generously donated prizes provided by I'm Board, Games & Family Fun.
Not into competing? We'll also have:
- Non-competitive tables where you can watch the competition and puzzle at your own pace
- A puzzle exchange available throughout the event - bring a puzzle if you can, or just take one home to enjoy
- Catered refreshments from Ugly Apple Cafe
- Music, door prizes and fun provided by DJ Shotski
Registration is required to participate in the competition and opens Dec 28 at 9 a.m. Everyone is welcome to come enjoy the puzzle swap and non-competitive puzzle play.
