Join Kayla Olson, Dementia Care Specialist from the Aging & Disability Resource Center of Dane County (ADRC), to find out what happens to our brains as we get older, learn more about age-related memory loss, and ways to modify your lifestyle to promote brain health, and decrease the risk of dementia.
