Have you ever been concerned about falling? Have you experienced a fall? If so, please join us for a dynamic evidence-based falls prevention workshop called Stepping On! Participants will explore how strength & balance, vision, medication, footwear, and home safety could impact a fall. Guest experts will join us over the course of the workshop to help us better understand risk factors and how we can be more confident in preventing a fall.
Stepping On is especially for adults age 60+ who:
-Have a fear of falling or worry that someone they live with might fall
-Have fallen in the past year, even if it did not lead to injury
-Live at home or in an independent apartment
