This workshop will explore the history of cyanotypes (a camera-less photography process) as well as offer lots of time for hands-on exploration of this media. Pre-treated fabric will be used to create single and dual sided imagery, using a variety of materials for inspiration including leaves, flowers, stencils and more.
Feel free to bring your own inspirational items from home to use (lace doily, pressed flowers, or other FLAT or translucent materials).
This 3-hour workshop is ideal for older teens 16+ and adults.
Space is limited and registration is required, opening two weeks before each date at 9 a.m. Both summer cyanotype workshops are the same content and are in high demand; select one session date per participant.
