A 75-minute yoga experience designed for every body and every day. This class gently guides you through a thoughtful flow. We begin with a grounding teaching moment, followed by breathwork, mindful movement (asana), meditation, and a peaceful savasana.

Rooted in care and connection, Everyday Yoga with R’oujie Wellness invites you to move at your own pace, nurture your well-being, and explore the balance between rest and growth. We need that right now.

Each session builds upon the last, creating a steady, supportive path for deepening your practice. One breath, and one moment at a time. Whether you're new to yoga or continuing your journey, this space welcomes you just as you are.

Registration is recommended but not required.  Register for each session separately (4/4, 4/18, 5/2, 5/16, 6/6/, 6/20 2025) - try one or come to all 6.  This program is designed for adults and older teens 15+.
